Momentum Direct Never sent out first or second packages, but charged me for both. When I tried to contact them by phone and e-mail I never got a response. Ripoff Internet

I was looking through the internet for weight loss pills a few months ago. I saw the Momentum Direct ad and it said that if I wasn't fully satisfied I could send the product back for a full refund. After that every 14 days I would recieve a new shipment.

I waited the 5 business days for my product and never recieved it. I looked into my bank account and saw that they took out the funds for the package.On the bottom of the electronic check they submitted was a phone number to call with any questions.

I called the number and left a message because nobody ever picked up the phone and let them know that I never recieved the package. After a week and no callback I looked back into my account and they took another $49.95 out of my account.

Since I never recieved the first package and now I'm getting charged for a second I was furious. I called up my bank to file a dispute. Because they took it out as an electronic check and I didn't dispute the first $3.95 charge there was no way to file a dispute because it couldn't be called an unauthorized transaction. It was all because I gave them my checking account information and not my debit card number.

After hearing and seeing this I shut down my account and for the past few months it has tried to be taken from the account. The only reason I know this is because everytime an item tries to come through a closed account the bank sends you a letter saying what company and the amount that had tried to be taken from the account. Even after all of the times they tried to take money I still didn't recieve the product.
