It should be known by the public who is searching for debt consolidation service that before signing any contract, thus avoiding the bankruptcy blemish, should by all means avoid Morgan Drexen because it is from my own personal experience along with that of a close friend that they are conning honest people out of money by making claims that their service can help one payoff debts…

I became a client one year ago, foolishly I signed a contract allowing them to deduct $189 dollars monthly to first pay an engagement fee of $1050 plus 189 per additional month until there is an offer from creditors; however many months passed without any offers. There fancy letterhead and legal jargon confuse laymen and customer reps sweet talk you by telling you that funds paid monthly are kept in a fund that would eventually be used to pay off your debt. But according to the reps it can take 4 to 5 years. Without any progress they call you on a frequent basis demanding more forms and signed contracts, which they state may or may not be applicable to your situation, and just last month they request a photo;  for what reason do they need a personal photo? They could not tell me.

The law office of Morgan Drexen and their representatives how no progress, and after having my bank stop payments for the $189, just last week they took $320 from my account!!!  The bank says that they cannot stop payments for any other amounts, and they cannot stop them. I was forced to close this account in order to stop these rip offs. 

Please beware before getting involved with them. Consult an attorney in your area first for advice. Don't make the same mistake as I.
