MRM Academy Collections, Was Academy Collections however now MRM Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

A bill was paid to this company and it was agreed upon however after the full amount was sent in thousands of dollars. We then receive this amount stating it is not enough and we need to send them the balance. That is falsely using lies with trying to obtain more money for your own personal good.

The company should be closed and fined for unethical and very unprofessional practices. In my professional opinion, that is an attempt to commit larsony and doing it by hanging legal issues over a consumer's head with threats.

What is worse, now that it has been well past three years the bill has been paid, these people still insist the bill needs to be paid and it is gaining interest. What interest? The bill is paid in full so I don't understand, I honestly don't.
