I called this collection agency on 01/17/2005 at 4:10pm. To tell them that I was going to dispute this debt Causes this is first I had heard about this debt. Mr. Banks stated that I had no right to dispute this account cause this was related to a bank account that I had no rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
Also Mr. Banks stated that he would not provide me any proof that I owe this debt. I have contacted the FTC and filed a formal complaint. I have sent a written request to provide me proof of this debt. The letter I received states that they reviewed financial records. The FTC told me what they are doing is illegal.

Mike n' Rick n' Saul Associates, Inc Brain dead debt collectors with a street mentality. Very UNPROFESSIONAL in their business and collections technique.
These are VERY nasty people who go to no end with their lies and intimidation, (not to mention their b.s..
These collectors give ALL debt collectors a bad reputation. There is no lie they will not tell, everyone they talk to is about to:
A) be arrested b) Have their wages garnished c) have a judgment levied against them d) all of the above.
