I have been doing surveys on MySurvey.com for 5 years and have accumulated over 25000 reward points, worth about $250, last week, I was suddenly deactivated from the website and since then I had emailed them 5 times without any progress. I was very upset and extremly disapponted, how can a company treat their customers in such a cold hearted way!

I don't know if I can get any help from any where but I am trying my best to let people know this cheating company!
