Simple. I ordered specific Levis Jeans. They sent them, but sent the wrong color. I tried to contact them through their website. Also sent direct email. Nothing. No response at all. Ever. Finally, filed a Paypal complaint. Paypal says I have to return items at my expense, including insurance and tracking. That will be quite a bit. Their prices are not worth it. I will end up paying what I would have at a retail store. Save yourself the hassle and just order from reputable online store.
