Name Brand Jeans Not What I Ordered Charlestown, IN 47111 Internet

I ordered one pair of Medium Blue 501’s on July 2015.  The final price was slightly less than 501’s on Ebay. I had previously ordered a new pair on Ebay and they were definitely seconds so I was trying someone new.  My order was mailed via USPS Priority Mail.  When I received them, I inspected them, tried them on and I was satisfied enough to immediately order 2 more pair of Medium Blue 501’s four days after I ordered the first pair.  The second order arrived via USPS Priority and contained one pair of Med Blue and one pair of slighted faded Black.  The Medium Blue were fine but the Black Pair, besides being black had two one inch long scrapes on the rear that went though the fabric.  I sent a detailed email on a Wednesday requesting a return and when I didn’t get a reply I followed up with a phone call which went immediately to Voice Mail with a generic announcement. Two weeks later I still have not received a reply.  After reading other reviews on NBJ I realize I was lucky to get what I got.  To register for an account you give your email and phone number so contact by NBJ should be easy to advise of any inventory problems.  NBJ just doesn’t care so beware.
