My bad for trying to save money on Levis blue jeans & for believing that the owner, Allen Nolan, would be a man of his word. New Levis sell online for about $50 so the $24.99 price at Name Brand Jeans (aka Levis for Less) was attractive. I ordered two pair of 501 jeans for a total of $56.97 including shipping.

A couple of weeks passed and a package showed up containing only one pair of jeans. Allen Nolan, the owner, said he'd send out the second pair right away. Six weeks later no jeans had arrived & I emailed asking for a refund. He apologized & sent out a second pair that smelled heavily of cigarette smoke & looked totally unlike the first pair. On 5-5-2014 he said I could return for a refund & I shipped them back USPS with tracking.

No PayPal refund was received so I wrote him on 6-3-2014 & asked again for a refund. That same day he wrote back & said I have refunded the cost of one pair $24.95 to your Paypal account. 24 hours passed & no refund although he said I processed the refund from my web site & it shows refunded. He offered to send another pair of jeans & I agreed to that. Big mistake on my part.

Three weeks later, 6-24-2014, no replacement jeans had arrived & he said he was waiting until he received a pair that didn't have holes, stains or distress around the edges. He asked me to check again every few weeks & placed the burden of responsibility on me to get the jeans I already paid for.

I had & continue to have health issues & forgot about the jeans as I tried to run my business & pay doctor & hospital bills. I wrote Allen Nolan on 11-5-2014 & again asked for a refund. He said "May I ask why the 6 month delay in requesting this?" I reminded him that he'd said I could return for a refund & no refund was ever received. He offered to send another pair of jeans but I have no faith he would do that based on his horrible performance to date. He refused to refund my money.
