Name Brand Jeans aka Allen Nolan Sells used jeans as new Charlestown Indiana

I purchased two pair of jeans from this vendor. There was no mention of them being used. I received two very used pairs.

I wrote to the vendor, via the online form, and received no response. (See messages below.)

I'm disputing the charges with PayPal now.

Completely unacceptable. I just ordered two Levi 501 jeans and received two well used pairs. There is nothing on your site about used jeans. I wish to return these. Please send return instructions with a prepaid shipping label. I do not intend to have spent any money on this at all.

I didn't note a receipt or order number with the shipment. The USPS tracking number is (((redacted))) 8780 19.

This is my third request for a return of your fraudulent product. If you fail to give me satisfaction, I will simply cancel my credit card charge and report you to relevant fraud sites.

Since you have failed to respond to my two previous messages requesting a refund and return shipping label, I am now no longer treating you as a respected vendor. You are now a fraud and I am no longer obliged to deal with you.

I will be reversing the charges on my credit card and posting my experience on all available fraud websites. It is my sincere hope you lose your credit card vendor accounts and are reduced to financial destruction.
