HOw can this company get away with this ? They have been calling me at my home number I try to explain i dont have 1600 to settle a bank of america account! Also, how in the world can they get away with calling my cell phone number i didn't even give it to them! People are very rude, the lady told me this morning their client was ready to file a lawsuit i told her i didn't have the money so she hung up on me! Nice company to deal with! Seems if you where trying to collect money from people, you can at least have a better attitude by trying to collect it! Can they get away with saying a lawsuit is heading your way if you dont pay them something? I KNOW for a fact my account was a charge off can they still do this? Thanks!
