This company sold us an allegedremanufactured ECM for a 2003 VolkswagenPassat that had never worked. Worst of all it was alleged rebuild, reality it was a used ECM.We installed the ECM and the EPROM that they were supposed to program the ECM with the proper VIN , it was not done and later found out when I talked to one of the heads at the rebuild department, Chuck Olsen. He was the one who told me that these ECM was not repairable at all, then the question is: How did they sold me a rebuild unit that is non rebuildable? Was not even rebuild was old from a wrecked vehicle.

We have been fighting with these people for more that a month and they insist that their "partsologist" informed about the parts.

I have been an automotive technician for over 20 years, I am an ASE Master Technician, 4 years of Mechanical Engineering and worked extensively with computers and electronics and yet this company got me.

Please be ware of this company, they do not sell rebuild or remanufactured parts, they sell junk at very expensive prices
