I was in today at the studio that was set up in the grand traverse mall...I was expecting to pick out the best picture for my 10x16 and wallets but instead I was given the picture that they picked out and it was the worst one taken!! I ended up buying the two pictures that I kind of liked at $10 a sheet of only two pictures!! I spent $44 and had to take time off work to make in the time frame that the company gave me!! I would never come back to the company or refer them to anyone else!! I don't understand how they expect people to pay hundreds of dollars for their pictures when you can get much better at sears!! that is were I normally go and I will return to going now!!! the whole set up was a crock!! The man that feed me a load of bs about how they have a studio set up, that we would be able to try out various props, that we would be able to choose the best picture for the 10x16 and the free wallets...all of it was a load of BS!! the studio was a joke the photographer wasn't good at getting the kids to smile or waiting till we were smilling and ready to have the picture taken!! the one that we got has me looking off, my son has a weird pained look that I think he was in the middle of talking!! It is not one that I would of picked at all!! I have been to a lot of places to have pictures taken and I have always been able to choose my own pictures!! either by having proofs first or to see them on a computer and then choose...I should of known better then to trust a guy set up in the middle of the mall but I thought oh it might be fun to dress up and have a western style picture taken...it is not what we ended up with...there was no western dress or a set that would look like anything other then a normal set for pictures!! it was all a JOKE!!
