National Union Fire Insurance not issuing a another refund since original check was voided, due to the refer to maker Jacksonville Florida

My Daddy was paying into a policy each month quartely, he pass away in 2010.  I call back July or August to update my cc on file, I told them my dad passed away so with that said they say I was  entitle  to a refund check which they sent out in Sept, I told them I was executive of estae for my Dad.  I receive the check payable to his name and exective of estate of it.  I went to muy personal bank and deposit into my account, not knowing it suppose to be deposited into a estae account, the representative fell to tell me so she just stated it will be a hold on it and will clear in a few days.  So when it clear I withdrew funds out to pay some bills, the next day it was voided out and said to refer to make of the check, so it left my account negative balance cause they took the check back.  My banker stated it look like a 3rd party trying to cash it, since my name wasn't on the check.  So my bank stated to contact national insure which I did and just get the run around no return calls emails or updates.  Few weeks later my bank calls to say we have the check but you need to open a executive of estate account up, which I did at my other bank Wells Fargo, did the necessary paperwork to open it up.  So the same check I got from my previous back I took to deposit into Wells Fargo account, was a hold then clear, once it clear I withdreww 1,300 to pay back he funds to 1st bank to negative balance.  Few days later same thing happem again check return, refer to maker.  Now I need a new check, I sent paperwork from both banks saying so and had my banker on the line as well.  Everytime I call they say its been escalated case still open.  I been dealing with this since October, I want my check of 2, 221 return to me.  Now I'm in the process of contacting my local tv station and lawyer, cause I haven't gotten anyhere, can someone please help.  I'm trying to reach Mark Fraser believe he is the CEO of the company.
