NCO Financial ripoff Horsham Pennsylvania

I recently received several phone calls from this place of business. They left no messages, nor references numbers or a contact name. They called my place of employment, asked for me by first and last name. The only reason I know it was them was the the persone who answered the phone copied the number from caller ID.

I called them back the next day and got the run around. They asked what number was called, i gave it to them, I even gave them my contact phone. They could not find me in their system. I received at least 13 phone calls in one day.

These people are very rude. When I finally did get a nice person she gave me the number of the office that actually called. When I called that number, they transferred me back to the PA number. No one knows what is going on.

About five years ago,I got these same phone calls. I faxed thema cease and desist letter. They continued to call. I had my attorney send them a letter and the calls stopped. When I changed employers, they started up again. I am reporting them to the better business bureau in PA and in NY and in FLA. They will not get away with this. I am considering filing a harassment lawsuit as well.
