NCO used to purchase a lot of trash debt and most of the managers involved did not care. They  constantly took the approach it was not worth their time, which ultimately affects everyone. 

Whenever someone has an issue with regards to any debt, submit a dispute notice to NCO's legal department and it will be routed accordingly. Additionally, if you have a name of a manager or vp, they can typically be contacted by using firstname.lastname@ncogroup.com. 

NCO was a decent company, but it grew too fast and with the wrong people in vital positions who would cut each others throat for a dollar. Personally, I hope they suffer greatly and lose everything, they earned it.
