NCO Financial Systems THEY CHARGE ME FROM MY CHECKING ACCOUNT WHENEVER THEY WANT BEFORE THE DATE Richardson, , Texas

this company NCO is so fraud.  They tell me I owe from this medial bill and I make payment arragements, I tell them yes I want to pay you guys but can I pay every 8th of the month they say yes you can only pay with personal check so I said ok dont have no other option, but I have been paying them since August they charge my account o but they charge 12.00 dollars just for the payment processing fee, and they charge the 1st of August and the 8th of August and Sept. was ok but October they charge me two days before the date we had settled and October I also recieved a call from another collection agency saying that I owed them the same account to them and I said hold on I've been paying NCO and they said well NCO send us this bill to us. so I called NCO and asked hey another agency called me saying that Needed to pay them and I said but Im paying already NCO tells me no you have to pay US NCO. 

 So now this month of December they did it again they charged 3 days before the date arranged and I got OVerdraft fees of 35.00 each transaction which are two. and so I called NCO and they are just making lies and I said listen to the recordings I said 8th of the Month and you charge me before this month you charged me three days before. and they said that they cant find the recording. So I started investigating them because the bank told me that the state is investigating them. so I started making researchs in the internet and I find alot of complains so I decided to call the hospital that sent them the bill and guess what they said that in September NCO send the Bill to another Collection agency. and I said what but I have been paying them even this week of December.

 So peopple dont pay nothing this fraud and dont give out no information about you because anyways they dont really care about your credit they just want to steal you money and dont report it  as paid.
