 On Sunday August 04, 2013 I ordered a NET 10 Wireless phone off the internet (www.net10wireless.com).  I received the phone in a timely manner.  Having received the phone on August 06, 2013 I had to wait until Saturday August 10th, 2013 before I could use phone due to my old phone number being ported to the new phone.  Mind you I never wanted to deal with Tracfone again, and imagine my surprise when I realized Tracfone WAS NET 10?  Even when I ordered off the website it specifically stated it was not affiliated with Tracfone.  I started using my phone on August 10th for approximately 2 hours after that the phone had an error message and I conducted a factory reset, after spending countless and unproductive hours on the phone with their technical "support" (877-836-2368), I found that solution online, only have that be an extremely temporary fix!  I ended up having to send the phone back in to them on August 19, 2013 thinking they would 1 day air mail me another one right away since I informed them that this was the only phone in my pocession, unless I'm at work, or using my father's phone.  I told them I was my father's emergency contact with that number, all the reasons they should have expedited getting me my phone even quicker, but I was told it was going to be 3-5 day from August 23, 2013.  I told them I wanted a refund, I was told I would have to wait to get my replacement phone before I could even get a refund.  This is SUCH a ripoff, I also told them they had better start my $50 30-day card over when I get this "replacement" phone,  of course I doubt I'll be able to use it because the phone and their service will still be trash!  I want to start a class action lawsuit, just wish I knew how!
