Net 10 Wireless Continually steals minutes Miami Internet

Net 10 continually steals our minutes and the customer service is unethical.   We had 5 phones registered with Net 10.  3 had plans that with automatic payments that loaded 200 minutes every month.  If your minutes were not used and you accumulated too many Net 10 would steal your minutes leaving you with Zero. This happened 4 times and each time they would return very few minutes.  They will not return your minutes. They again tried this scam taking 1800 minutes from one phone and over 2000 from another. We were then forced to pay for minutes 4 times.  Instead we left Net 10 for another wireless service.  This new service is a bit more expensive but actually cheaper in the long run. And try explaining anything to their customer service….Good Luck!  Recently Net10 did start chat customer service which is much better than trying to battle the language barriers of actual conversation with them.
