Northern Leasing Charge card machine fraud New York City New York

In February 2014 I received a phone call regarding my charge card service company.  The woman calling made it sound like she was a consumer watchdog organization that helped small companies like mine save money on precessing fees and finding companies that were overcharging.

In fact, she told me that because her parents had a business, I think a restaurant, she was faniliar with high fees that go along with the service.

After looking over the service I currently had,she said yes, I was being overcharged and was due a slightly less that $300 refund for these overages. Her company could help me save money.

I never received an sort of refund.

Several weeks later I tried to contact her with questions I had.  I called several times but she never returned my call.

Eventually, in a need to contact someone, I called my bank to see where my money was going.  I was given a number.  When I called I was given a sales pitch.  No, I wanted to talk to someone about my existing machine.

Then I went hunting on line and tracked down Northern Leasing.  I tried several times to email them to get a hold of someone.

No response.

In December I closed the account that they were withdrawing money from after the December payment was made.  In January I received a call and paid the January fee with a money order. I also returned the machine.

On February 4, 2015, I got a call stating they had the machine but I still needed to pay the lease amount.

I would like to someohow clear this up but I am having no luck with them.  They have lied to me from the start and totally misrepresented themselves.
