Nutra Life Brands Free trial is NOT FREE. Non existent agreement. Tampa Florida

I have no idea how I got to an online location for this product but I read the info about Garcinia Cambogia and DETOX and the offer was for a free trial and I was to pay shipping of almost $7.00 for each product. There was no mention of any future shipments of charges. It was a free trial. I received one package with both products in it. My credit card was charged for the shipping as I expected. I took a few of the pills but they made me sick so I quit. I thought I just wasted my money. On July 6, 2015 I received another package (which I have not opened)  and by coincidence also got my credit card statement on the same day. I found two charges on my account on June 1, 2015 in the amounts of $78.20 and $79.50.  I went online and also discoverd the same charges were placed on my account on July 1, 2015.

I called Nutra Life and after a lenghty delay a woman named Margaretta (sp) answered and told me she was waiting for my account to upload. I waited and kept asking if she found my account. Suddenly the call ended! I called back and never got another answer. I HAVE CALLED EVERY NUMBER I COULD FIND FOR THIS COMPNAY BUT GOT NO ANSWER after selecting a menu item.

I called my credit card company and they got a rep from Nutra Life on the line. The rep told me it was my fault for not reading the non existent agreement. I told her that there was NO agreement to read and no mention of any further charges and she told me the charges on June 1, 2015 were for the FREE Trial !! I got RMA numbers for the products that are in the unopened package but I have to pay to send them back and when they receive that package gthey will charge a restocking fee and shipping so I will not be credited back all the money. I have contacted the BBB   in Florida but expect very little. I want $315.40 credited back to my account.

RUN from this company. They lie, they insult, they steal.
