Nutrashift Nutra, NBL Procleans sold my credit card number, email and name to Skinny Camp LLC Wilmington DE deleware

On July 7th, 2014 I ordered from Nutrashift LLC a bottle of diet pills and a procleanse.  whithin 7 days I called and cancelled the order (which they did and gave me a cancellation number.)  Three weeks later a charge came on my credit card from a place called Skinny camp in Wilmingtn DE charging my 9.63 for something (i never received anything, just the charge on my credit card.  That wa the 30 of July.  As soon as I could, I called the company and they had all the information that I had given to Nutrashift.  I wa appaled to here all of this and that the women on the other end, (Rose) told me she would send me something else.  Only after I stated that I was going to the Attorny General and the BBB did she finally give me a cancellation number and stated she would (refund the amount on my credit card).  How is it possible that they had all the information on me and charge my credit card.  This was not only a scam but a felony.  I would like to pursue charges against both companies - Nutra shift and skinny camp llc
