The proof is in the pudding. Start with their infomercials. How many African Americans, Hispanics, Asians, etc. have you seen on them? NONE. On their site, less than 5% of their "success" stories feature any minorities. There are more than 5% minorities in the US. I personally know of a person there whom has had tremendous success on their program, and she has not been featured because she is confined to a wheelchair. This type of bias and basically discrimination goes back many years.
On their online forum, they are also religiously biased. If you are not of the "Christian" belief, the moderators have a tendency to dictate where your posts should be directed. I was moderated because I was posting comments on atheist beliefs. Asking questions and trying to get answers are in vain because they can "choose" not to give you a reason why your posts are not acceptable to them. As long as you "believe in God", you're fine with them.

They are great with their advertising to the caucasian population, however they are on their way downward right now, along with the economy. For such a large company in the public eye, I am surprised that not more has not been noticed about their ads being "white" in nature. Sure Chris Carter has been on their, but he's a Pro Athlete. Try finding "regular" people of color on their ads. You can count them on 1 finger. People should be aware of the type of company they are keeping in business. After attempting to contact people on my concerns and getting the run around several times, I thought it would be more informative to post it here.
