NutriSystem, Inc. Deceptive Advertising and no results ! Hereford Pennsylvania

I order the Men’s program in the hope to not only to eat healthy, but to lose weight and belly fat.  The ad says " Lose weight. Money back, guaranteed." and "loose up to 13 lbs. and 7 inches overall in your first month", "just eat the food and loose the weight".

Well not only did I eat the food which cost me $374 for the first month along with the "belly busting free Shakes", fruits and veggies that they suggested which cost another $150, but also exercised. My results were 0 inches and 0 weight loss!! So, read the fine print as you only have 14 days on the first order to ask for a refund which most people don't even catch onto until it is to late.

This was back in 2017 and I finally had it with hearing and being badgered with this deceiving commercials on my radio station over and over again every day,  I call the Nutrisystem folks and wanted my refund which I thought wasn't going to happen, but was over-talked by a rude adviser who told me that "0" was within the "up to 13 LBS" and that no refund would be given after 14days which I was not aware of, I had over-looked.

BTW, the food was not that great either and I also had problem with the shipping as well as the order.  I had selected the package where I could select my own food but instead got a bunch of stuff that I didn't even care for and had to eat and was told that the selection would be possible on follow-up orders so I guess that's their way of getting rid of food that they have maybe overstocked!

So be aware before you order that you may not get any results and that there is NO "get your money back" after 14 days which should be openly displayed in the adds if they want to be honest!
