I would like to get a few things off my chest about the company I work for. I know I know. I was probably the one that said you had no more options and made you give your car up. Well the truth of the matter is that NUVELL is the devil and god put this company on this earth to attack the weak. Now don't get me wrong. A lot of people get cars when they can't afford it but that's another story.

What you want to do is call the Executive Vice President Robby Gardner. (A complete phone list will be available at the end of this b***h session) Robby's job at nuvell is to walk around and scare the employees with his "child molester" like looks and stutter when he talks. Don't expect him to bow to your wishes but it will bring a nice smile to your face if you can get him to get mad and start stuttering. It's priceless.

Now the next in line is Senior Vice President Jim Stevenson. Now generally he's a good guy and try's his best to take care to keep you out of trouble but it's hard to stay out of trouble when you beat your wife and can't even drive because you have had too many DWI's. If you read this Jim I'm sorry. I know by that last statement that the little midget is all red faced by now but oh well. He will get over it.

That brings us to Skip Fudge! What the FU** kind of parents names a child SKIP FUDGE. I think his parents named him that cause of a night of gorging on Skippy peanut butter and chocolate fudge cause he's about as fat as you can get to fit in an office chair. He finds it amusing to marry ugly women within the company and use them to find his p***s.

Collection manager Kevin McKinney comes to mind too. He loves the ladies!! Loves them so much that he likes to touch them and say nasty things to them. What's wrong with that? Well probably because they don't want him to do that and his wife and kids probably don't want him to do that either.

But then WHAT WOULD JOSH DO? Well I'll tell you what Josh Hughes would do. That tub of goo loves to take turns with Tom Davenport blowing Robby Gardner. I think that is pretty much full circle. Now NUVELL isn't all bad. There are a few people that are generally caring people but I will not mention them cause that will be the first people the ole sh** bags. I mean BOSSES look at to who wrote this. I do feel better now and I will be sure to send this URL to all the customers I can.

All the rest at NUVELL. Il'l see you tomorrow!

Had To Laugh

AUTHOR: Winner - ()

POSTED: Thursday, December 26, 2013

As I read the words of each employee I had to laugh. Not at those who had issues, but rather at how familiar the names, actions, and mistreatment, the bonus lies from Skip Fudge while Little Jimmy Drunk Boy tried to fix what his good buddy Skippy would pull.

Did I find some sort of goodness in Jim? Yep, but his bottom line was the same as Skippy. They played, Good Cop Bad Cop and thought we employees had no sense.

So many wicked things went on in that place long before the originator of the post wrote this.

I can add to the knowledge of the evil which lurked at Nuvell. Carolyn's youngest son was conceived after her husband had a vasectomy.  How did that happen? Ask the tall dark-haired guy who was the head of the I.T. Department. He was one of the original group, along with Jim  and the others who came from California. They were so obvious and stupid enough to confide in people they worked with. I could get more graphic but think I should toss it out the back door.

I wouldn't pour water on Skip if he was on fire, but I would pay $100 for a gallon of gasoline to throw on the sorry son of a b***h.

Were there good employees? Yes, plenty. Were there good managers? Yes, but hard to come by.  I hope the decent ones left on their own and followed their moral compass. I made a good living there and was a d**n good employee, but it is common for a company to figure out they have a person who produces and work him like a Georgia mule.

If Skip Fudge and those like him can sleep at night with the evil they have done time and time again, I sure can. I walked away a better person in spite of the drug addicts, alcoholics, and adulterers. I am glad I have to answer to God for my sins instead of theirs because they are going to blow the gates of hell wide open.

#1 UPDATE EX-employee responds

Nuvell is the devil

AUTHOR: Tracy - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, June 13, 2007

I spent four years stuck in Nu-HELL. The ruthless collection tactics required to force customers into submission is perfectly reflective of the two-faced, back-stabbing management sucking the souls from the poor sheep that would starve if not for the ample pay check. My downfall began when a few of my team members decided to approach VP of Collections Gerald Culver to complain that we were being shafted on a bonus he'd promised. Sr. Manager Skip Fudge decided after we made our goal that he would twist the original words used and ultimately screw each of us out of several hundred dollars, saying that Culver agreed the entire team misunderstood the challenge. Two of my team mates went to see Culver and he called me to his office during the session. Well, Culver saw to it we received the rightful bonus he promised.

This, of course, made it obvious what a vindictive liar Skip Fudge due to his quest to be the most controlling, powerful man in all the universe. We became the foundation below the s**t-fest thereafter and if ever the chain-of-command was to be misused again, well, we better like eating all the feces they could muster.

We were punished silently and painfully, financially and emotionally. Those of us who didn't completely bow down and cheerfully accept the shaft - ok, it was mostly just me - were suddenly bombarded with occurrences, tardies and spiteful emails. The attendance policy was designed to be used at the discretion of our managers based upon whether you pissed them off. I pissed them off and suddenly my personnell file was stocked full of write-ups and disciplinary action, dealt accordingly by those I had apparently betrayed.

I was one of the top producers in the department and on my team for years until this started. I was made miserable and kept under scrutiny on a constant basis. I was just about to explode after I was denied a transfer to Credit, my attempt to escape current conditions. This is when Jim Stevenson stepped in and offered to move me to a different team and insisted my worries were over.

And then after he got me all relaxed and happy, he made it a point to let me know my bad marks would be adjusted and fairness applied. It was wrong, he knew it, he admitted and would personally take care of it.

And then, he pushed me over the edge. Pulled his bluff in the worst possible way. I think I had a nervous breakdown. I didn't expect he was planning my demise the entire time. It was the most vindictive sort of trickery applied in the meanest manner.

You can't trust people who are jealous and out to get anyone whose ethics and morals are sincere and pure.
