Their sale was a major bust as no one was able to complete their purchase. A supposed few were able to order, but this could just be lies from them. Many people spent hours waiting and repeatedly trying to get their site to work, but it was either never up or never working.

Their customer service reps didn't help or resolve the problems in any way. Their company refused to make any announcements to answer the consumers' questions, even though they did finally change the picture on their facebook site. If they had time to change the picture, they could have answered us. They also deleted consumers' posts on their wall even though they didn't resolve the issue.

Their only solution to this problem is to offer us a deal that is no where as good as the deal they had offered but failed to deliver. This has all the signs of a scam in the process. They were baiting us with a deal too good to be true, which was non-existent. And after we had been hooked, they offer us a lousy deal knowing that many will jump on the lousy offer as a better-than-nothing mentality. Fail, NYX, major fail.
