misquoted us time werner prices.   also made us buy boxes that were not even yet selling yet.

cstomer service said  they did not have a customer service complaint to write to and that I had to write to her. She also stated she did not know who took my order and I had to redirect her into telling the truth. It seems as though they do not know what they are selling , they  kept me on the phone for 2 hours to make a simple order. The technician even did not bring the correct equipment that I ordered and he could see that I wanted 3 cable boxes and she told me that It would only be 103.00 for all 3 cable boxes and my payments would be the same each month. Then   I called time werner cause  the technician did not perform all the services and did not bring the equipment such as the 3 DVR,s.  Time werner was rude to me and told me that it would cost 179.00  and  he third party made a mistake. He was also rude because I told him I was quoted 143.94 for 4  televisons and 3 dvr.s  rom time werner the day before and he got sassy with me and said " well you called a third party because you wanted that free security camera and te price is 179.00 not 143.00 and the ticket is now gone... Its weird that both places both told me that they did not know who wrote the order... what a mess and   deceptive business practices.. thats almost 75.00 a month  !!!  a complete waste of my time , and seriously it sounded like no one knows what they are talking about, Just like the technician said... He also said she messed up my order and as  always its hard to find people who know what they are talking about
