I contacted them because they are the contracted stenography provider for Duval County.  The first question they asked: how long was your hearing.  I told them and paid their $400+ bill upfront.  Several days after their promised return date, I got another bill -- for over $100 MORE than the original $400+ I already paid. 

There is no arguing, no 'appeal' or contesting.  You will accept being shystered or you won't get your transcripts.  Period.  This place is a scam and they know it.  They're under contract with Duval County so don't expect them to care any time soon, if at all.
