I went thru this company to get a transcript from a court hearing, didnt think anything bad because i was referred to them by the court house that this company handle that i call them the first thing they ask you is how long was your hearing in other words they let you hang yourself then they tell u how much money they need up front beforer they even check they take your money no questions asked then ask you for more money later when they come up with the exact amount of time the hearing was they can comback and say u owe 2, 3 or 4 hundred more dollars if you refuse to pay it they keep what you already gave them they will not tell you the exact amount until you pay them my transcript was missing all kinds of information that i remember and the most important part that i need they said it dont pick up everything, why dont you tell the person that before they give you all they money and a bunch of papers you have no use for then they lie to your face and say they explained that to you, when you go to court make sure you hire your own recording person it is worth it these people work for the courts and you will be rail roaded the manager name is loretta sanders was no help just took my money and gave me some bull _ _ _ _ what ever you do find another way, your report will disapoint you, pass this message along to anybody you know going to court. avoid these liars, con artis,
