I GOT MY MONEY BACK. I fought it to the hilt. I saved all my email contacts and made up a case and sent it to everyone I could think of. Tv stations, Attorney General, My credit card company, the BBB & Consumer Affairs. Contact Mike Hastings from the comsumer affairs in Reno, Nevada. He was the one who helped me. Keep at it and don't give up.
