I had the 'package' for 1 business day before I read the "Guarantee" (unrecognizable from the verbal guarantee), packed that s**t up and resent it NEXT DAY with 'UNACCEPTABLE' across the "guarantee". Never waste time with Bullshitters, they are quick. Called my bank, did research, and currently expecting payment this week. Bank dispute and documentation already in the works...just in case.
