This company called my work, which is an emergency pet hospital, and told me that they were with YellowPages.com and were just verifying the business information for the FREE listing. I let them know that I would not pay anything and that I would continue with the call if we do not get charged for anything. Being as I work at a hospital, this did not sound out of place, so I proceeded with verifying the information. I was told I just had to answer yes and no to the questions asked. They confirmed the address, telephone number, and business owner. Multiple times during the call, I was assured that we would not incure any charges. Fast forward a couple of weeks and I receive a letter in the mail at work from Online Business Association, Inc. saying that my account was set up and that I can go to myoba.biz to build a website, and get free internet access. At the bottom it said the first 14 days are free and after that they would charge $39.99 to the telephone service. So much for not being charged a thing.

I filed a report with the Delaware BBB.
