Online Business Association Updating yellow pages listing IMPOSTOR Lewes, Delaware

This people were calling almost every day trying to sell me this WEB PAGE hosting and I always refused the service (different voices and accents) and I always told them we have our own web site and are not interested please stop calling.
Well.. this lady called from "THE YELLOW PAGES" (no foreigner accent) updating our business information and had me like a dummy confirm my name, Name of business address phone # etc. She assured me this was just an update for the free listing, no money was going to be charged to my phone bill. She even repeated this a few times with me.
Today I called this company to complain about this $39.95 charge on my bill and she told me that they had a recording of me accepting this charges, so I said let me hear it, and I was just disgusted to hear how they had edited and manipulated all the recording.
They have me agreeing on everything on this automated recording. After listening to the hole thing I told the receptionist that what they are doing is wrong and illegal.

They used all of my answers to paste them over their recorded terms and conditions.
I saved a copy of that recording and you can totally hear how they do the scam.

THAT IS WHEN I REALIZED IT WAS NOT THE YELLOW PAGES LADY WHO CALLED THAT DAY. IT WAS THEM AGAIN BUT THIS TIME THEY HAD TO LIE AND CHEAT TO GET ME. 
They refused to refund my money, I wish I could do something to stop them.
