This company called our family-owned furniture store some 11 months ago. They claim they spoke to an employee and were given authorization to create a "listing" for the store.
Well...their "listing" is a website using our company name and their suffix. It will of course, never be found by search engines. But, adding insult to injury, the site is HORRIBLE and if seen by a prospective customer would harm our reputation. The limited information posted on it - "store hours" - is even inaccurate.
They have been charging us $39.95 EVERY MONTH, hidden within our AT&T phone bill. I caught it during a routine examination of our invoices.
CHECK YOUR PHONE BILL! AT&T will help you recover fraudulent charges such as this one. Our business is out over $400 but we're hopeful we will be credited the amount.
