On December 24, 2016, I ordered two 30 ounce Yetti tumblers (Purple and Orange) online and paid $53.99. I received an order confirmation e-mail and the $53.99 was charged to my card. I have not, to this day, received an e-mail with any shipping/tracking information for my order. I have sent several e-mails requesting shipping information and I have called the customer support number (888) 827-3121 several times, which has always been answered by a machine, and I have never spoke to anyone concerning my order.
