I placed and order from Outdoors Online Dec 16, 2016 in the amt. of $29.99. They took the money out of my acct on Dec 19, 2016 and as of today, i have yet to receive my Yeti 30 oz mug. They use the email of hello@campingandfishingoutlet.com. I have sent many many many emails. I even did the online chat 4 times and each time i was told that my order was getting ready to ship. I even made a copy of my last on-line chat with them.
