I order two Yeti Rambler 30 oz in metallic powder coated cup - Purple and Red on December 10, 2106 at 5:22 pm.  Order Number 81347.  I try contacting by email and calling Outdoors Online several times. I finally got a reply on January 16, 2017 at 5:07 am stating they were sorry about the delay in shipping my order.  the cups were on back order but  they confirmed with fulfillment team that cups were back in stock and my order would be processed for shipping in 5 - 8 business days.  The email was from Laraine Y with customer support  campingandfishingcs@gmail.com.  i still try to contact them but get no answer.  i just want my money returned
