Downloaded a outline for $12.99 that was filled with mistake and incomplete.   Having submitted outlines before, I know the review criteria includes organization and completeness.   Of a ~20-page document, there were over 100+ spelling mistakes, and the outline was missing approximately 1/3 of the book content.  It was obvious to me that nobody bothered to actually review the outline. 

Feeling cheated, I sent an e-mail to info@outlinedepot.com asked for a refund and stated I would dispute my credit card charge if they don't issue a refund.  Instead of receiving a polite e-mail addressing my concerns (even if the ultimate answer was "no, we don't give refunds"), I received a two-sentence reply daring me to contact my bank and threatening to sue me for credit card fraud if I did.

This was the entirety of their reply: "Feel free to contact your bank, i.e. commit credit card fraud.  We are more than happy to forward to our attorney."
