outlinedepot.com Completely unresponsive after inquiring about the status of my submitted outlines. Internet

After submitting multiple outlines a week ago, outlinedepot.com still has not responded to my inquiries asking when the outlines will be reviewed.  All of the outlines still show a status of "awaiting review" and I still have zero credits.  

After reading multiple Ripoff report claims against outlinedepot.com, I wonder if the administrator may be handing good submitted outlines to another company for a profit while pressuring consumers to pay for outlines on the website.  I submitted outlines for classes in which I received an A or A- so I'm surprised that they weren't approved right away.

The outline credit system is a joke.  Most concerning, however, is not knowing what outlinedepot.com has done with my work product.
