Park West Gallery dishonest employees, failure to ship item after 24 weeks RIPOFF Southfield Minnesota

I purchased art at sea thru Park West Gallery disembarking from a cruise ship on MARCH 27th. As of today SEPTEMBER 8th I still do not have one of the pieces I purchased.

Park West was quick to take payment for this item, but they have not been quick to either ship my piece or offer me more than a refund. I would think that a company that holds thousands of a customers dollers for nearly 6 months, that they would at least offer to pay me not only for the interest I incurred (and I'm still incurring) on this sale, but also the interest I lost (and they gained) by holding my money for 6 months.

I've made oaver 25 calls to them in the last 14 weeks, each time being assured that my art work would be shipped "next week".

I have even threatened legal action, which at this time seems to be my only option.

I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

EVERY EMPLOYEE I'VE TALKED TO IS A LYING SACK OF SH**.

AVOID PARK WEST GALLERY AT ALL COSTS.
