I have been waiting for the infomation pack so that I can proceed with my invention. Since x-mas there has been no contact. Nor have I been able to contact him all e-mails are returned. I should have been on the alert earlier when his ascociate contacted me calling himself Jimmy Jackson.
At this point I have paid $1750 US for my patent application. As this looks as though it's a scam how do I get my money back?

You just got hit with the first phase of fraudulent expenses. Most people followed through till they ended up paying over $10,000 and then never heard anymore contact.
