Patent & Trademark Institute Of America (PTI) Rip Off Invention Company - Makes you believe they can help when they don't do anything except take your money Roslyn Heights New York

I too have been scammed by "Patent & Trademark Institute of America" or "PTI". Not only do all the previous complaints / reports reveal what happened to myself but to top it off we found our invention in the store!

We went online to research the patent id # of the product we found in the store and come to find out the patent was issued in 1995 and was almost identical to our invention. We look at our portfolio and nowhere was this invention described as being already patented. PTI's whole deal is that they will research and make sure there isn't any other similiar invention out there or that it hasn't already been invented. WRONG! This product was not in our report because if it had been then we would have never moved forward with ours.

This company is a scam! They take advantage of people, they make you believe they are working for you and will help but in the end they just take your money and stop taking your calls!
