Patrick "Pat" Weinell I hired Patrick "Pat" Weinell as a cameraman for my film last year in Los Angeles. He emailed me the footage on WeTransfer, but the website deleted the files shortly thereafter. Pat Weinell has since moved to Australia, and I have repeatedly emailed him, begging him to PLEASE send me the film footage again. Pat has given me a series of excuses, and I have been patient and understanding. I STILL DON'T HAVE THE FILM FOOTAGE. Two weeks ago, Pat promised that he would send me the footage in two weeks. NO FOOTAGE. I just want the film footage I paid for. I have emailed Pat many, many times, again begging him for the footage. I asked him to email it to me via Dropbox. I STILL DON'T HAVE THE FOOTAGE. I hired cameraman Patrick "Pat" Weinell to shoot some scenes for my film "Kate Allen Is Getting A Life" in Los Angeles, California in the summer of 2015.  Pat worked for a half-day, and then emailed me the film footage via WeTransfer.  The WeTransfer files were subsequently deleted by the website, and I had no idea that files were extremely time sensitive, but the film footage files are completely gone and not retrievable on the WeTransfer website.

Pat Weinell has since moved to Australia, and I have repeatedly emailed him, begging him to please resend me the film footage I paid for.  Pat has given me many excuses while promising to send me the film footage.  I still don't have the footage.  Two weeks ago, Pat assured me he would email me the footage in two weeks.  I still don't have the footage.  I have emailed and begged Pat to please send me the film footage I paid for.  No footage.  I emailed Pat that he could send me the footage via Dropbox, explaining that he is smart and technologically capable of uploading the film footage to Dropbox and emailing it to me.  Again, I still don't have the footage because Pat has not sent it to me.

I have been patient and understanding with Pat Weinell, but warned him that if he doesn't send me the footage, I will have no choice but to file a report on Ripoff Report.  I have waited.  I have been reluctant to file a Ripoff Report against Pat Weinell.  I have given him several weeks. Still no film footage.  At one point, Pat emailed me that he went on a camping trip, so he had time to do that, but he hasn't taken the time to send me the film footage I paid for.  To me, this is not acceptable as when a person is hired to do a job and deliver a product to a client, the product should be delivered.

Admittedly, Pat Weinell did email me the film footage initially last year after my co-producer had to intercede, but since the footage was deleted and is not retrievable on WeTransfer, it is the proper and honest thing to do for Pat Weinell to resend the film footage to me, his paying client.
