I ordered a sample product and was sent it plus a full order of two additional bottles which I did not order.  I was charged the $49.95 for the additional bottles.  I kept them but now they have charged my account for $59.95 and it was not authorized.  I contacted the help email that said to contact on the phone and on the website and got this message:

email address is not working. Cannot get the charge reversed.
