Payless Appliances BUYER BEWARE - This company is probably a scam Mesa Arizona

**BUYER BEWARE** I purchased an Amana fridge for $300 only to discover it did not cool and makes a loud banging noise once it was delivered and plugged in. When I originally purchased this fridge, it did not make noises and seemed to be in good working condition.  When my husband went to talk to the manager of the store, she made excuses and told him no refunds, exchanges, all sales are final.  She said they could not pick up the fridge to return to store if they wanted to because they did not have a truck to do so.  When my husband pointed out the obvious delivery truck sitting in their parking lot, she got mad and told him to leave store and even started waving and saying 'bye-bye' in a mocking, child-like manner.  I later called the owner, Toni, who spoke over me and made more excuses, first blaming the electrical brakers and saying it was our fault because we must have pushed the fridge up too close to the wall.  That does not even make sense. She then said it must be a faulty outlet, which was not true because it powered on and still does not explain the loud banging noise it makes.  The people who work at Payless Appliances are unprofessional, rude, and are operating a poor business model. They just want your money and they do not care about what they are selling you.  Customer service is not a concern to them, and I advise people to not buy from this store, even if the item looks like its in good, working condition.
