I purchased a 2004 Honda Civic from them. I purchased it from them for 6,500 cash.
I then went to the DMV to register it and learned it had a lien. When i went back to payless car sales i was told i have the car and bill of sale and to drive it with the lien.

they said They dont have the title and they refused to return my money.
