Payless Auto Sales - Payless Car Sales Lying, discriminatory, lemon car selling bastards!! Crestwood Illinois

I purchased a car from Payless Car Sales on April 22, 2008!! I was told by the salesmen Jerry that "this is a great running car we did a check on everthing and everything is fine"! I took it for a test drive and everything seemed to be fine. I bought the car an a week later I decided to take it to get a routine diagnostic done on it!

This is where the nightmare started. Napa told me that I needed an axle, trailing arm, brakes, and a new sensor!!! I called the dealership, the head of the service department Jennifer told me "oh people are very slow around this time they just want your money. Bring it to us honey and I'll check on it!!!! I brought my car back to her and left it so they could figure out the problem!!

Jennifer called me an hour later to tell me that the only thing wrong with my car is the axle and that it is not covered under my warranty and that if it breaks I could have a major accident. She said that the trailing arm of my car was bent but it should be fine to still drive.

I the told her that I only had the car for two weeks that I should not have to pay for the car!! Jennifer told me that she would talk to the manager and I said fine.

She called me back a few minutes later to say that the axle is now only bent not broke and that I can wait till it breaks and that the warranty will cover it then!! I told her I drive around children everyday and that I would not put there life in danger!!! She shunned me off and said you will have to pay for the axle. I told her I would have a choice now would I!!

I went to pick up my car in the evening and it seemed that when I walked in eveyone scattered even my salesman!! I asked to speak to the manager and they told me he left, but when I disputed the charges thats when the manager suddenly appeared.

I pleaded my case, and then my mom asked him questions, Mike the manager told her he would put her out, that he could talk to us how he wanted to because it was his business. He said based on your credit score you should be happy you got a car. He screamed I want my payment. He is not responsible for anything regarding my car because its used!!

I really need this to be bought to public attention because evidently he does this on a regular when they wrong you about a car that you have problems with!! When you try to bring this to their attention they get irrate, but im the one that spent the money!!
