Payless Car Sales Warranty ripoff Brandon Florida

The following is to alert you of many concerns that I have as a customer from payless car sales dealer in brandon Fl.. Since 3 days after the purchase of my vehicle a 2002 BUICK RENDEZVOUS CX, I called my salesman Sherrod and informed him of several issues that I have discovered with the vehicle that are to be covered by the 1 month 2,000 mile Bumper to Bumper warranty the dealer gives which includes:

Air conditioner (Fixed)
Engine noise when accelerating (Salesman went with me for a drive and acknowledge hearing the noise)
Noise from the brakes ( Just had them replaced by Just Brakes and I had to replace the whole thing : Rotors,calipers,pads and cost over $1,000. The mechanic told me that they have not checked this brakes in over 1 year. the deales says that they just had them inspected)
Thumping noise when driving (Salesman went with me for a drive and acknowledge hearing the noise)
Smell of radiator liquid from the engine.

I have called the dealer several times and have been informed that the problems will be fixed. When I purchased the vehicle the dealer called me several times to collect an additional $1,000.00 toward my down payment but have completely forgotten to follow back with me about repairs that have to be made towards the vehicle.

After more than 10 phone calls an 4 faxes I placed a complaint with the local BBB and called the dealr to ask for my registration ( after a month they have not send it) the owner told me that he has instructed his employees that they will not talk to me or that I'm not to go to their dealer because this matter is being handeled by their attorney. I just want them to honnor their warranty since i gave more than 7,000 down for the vehicle and was always cooperative towards their requirements .
