Sold an item and shipped it. Tracked it. 41 days later buyer says not authorized. Paypal sides with buyer, even tho there are two addresses listed. I sold an item on eBay on 050817.

Buyer paid and I asked which address and was given: New message from: emmaleigburrough_0 (3) Hello! My current adress: Name: Zarina Ozmanyan Street 460 Copper Drive Suite 086304 City: Newport,State: Delaware zip:19804 Thanks!

I sent here, but if you google the zip code and use the USPS to ship, it shows as Wilmington, DE. Address showed up fine as such at post office and I mailed the package. Never heard from buyer again. Package delivered, and was tracked by USPS.

Here is what is listed as buyer's shipping address in Paypal and eBay. You can see TWO addresses below, and Paypal has the nerve to say "confirmed"? Ship to: Zarina Ozmanyan 460CopperDrive 086304 Newport, DE19804 410 Camelot dr Athens, AL 35611-4904 United States.

So now she opens a case, and they not only give her the money back, but she got my iphone and I also get a $20 penalty on top of it. Paypal has NO WAY to dispute anything, and NO CONTACT information on their websites. I have been taken for $140 even though i did everything correctly. Look at all the disputes here - there are here and elsewhere 1000's of them just like this. How can they go unchecked and get an "A" rating from BBB? I am absolutely saddened by all of this. I lost the iPhone, shipping, and a $20 penalty as well as my sanity.  Online, there are 1000's of complaints like this.  I aslo filed a case with bbb.org and sent documents.

I will close both myu ebay and paypal accounts after this.  I have been on ebay since 1999 and the "buyer" new with 4 transactions - who disappeared after this one.
The buyer also never ever contacted me after the sale.  The addresses are ambiguous on purpose, and paypal has the nerve to say it is "confirmed" to protect ME?

Please help.  I've never felt so ripped off in my life - well, not since this happned once before, also on an electronics item.
