PayPal has frozen all of my funds in my account ($500). PayPal will not tell me how to release my funds or the reason why. I am new to PayPal and have only had this account since February of 2013. My wife, Brother and Mother all have accounts with PayPal as well. All of which share the same address. PayPal supervisors tell me that all I can do is Audit PayPal for them to release any information to me regarding my account. The only information that they can provide me is that: 1. They do not want to provide me with their services anymore and have terminated my account. 2. The reason(s) for termination are unclear but they state "since I sell used computer products that I am a liability to their company. 3. I would have to wait 180 days before they would release my funds to me. With the above being said, I respond as such: 1. My account is nearly brand new and I have had ZERO complaints, reversals, negative feedback, charge backs or had to issue any refunds. there is not one strike on my account. 2. If my account is terminated why are my funds being held? All items that I have sold are market as delivered and positive feedback has been received. There is no reason for a hold of 180 days be put on my funds. The hold on my funds I believe is a abuse of power and completely unfair considering no explanation or any warnings have been given to me. I have contacted all buyers that have recently purchased from me using this account and all items are accounted for. I have all shipping information to back up this information. I have received positive feedback on all items as well. There is absolutely no reason for a 180 day hold. Again, I am not complaining about my termination from PayPal due to the reason I have already moved all of my business to their largest competitor. I am only complaining about my money being held and no explanation for its hold.
