The packaging says use wherever Visa is accepted. But this is not so. I loaded money on the card and have not been able to use it for internet purchases.  Deceptive advertising.

PayPower Visa Gift CArd?? Nope they require you to give them copies of your Drivers, Sin, PAssport, and bills with address to use the card after you put money on it, can not activate or register online until you do Internet
